Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Voss Vetcare by Voss Pharmaceutical, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at +91 9877978646. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
    • Product must not be damaged or tampered with.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used items
    • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
    • Perishable or temperature-sensitive veterinary items
  • How to Return:
    • Email us at voss.vetcare@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
    • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
